For the curd dumplings, mix the curd, oatmeal and vanilla sugar with a vermicelli and add a dash of water or milk if necessary.
An egg can also be added, but is not absolutely necessary for vegans, for example. Boil a pot of water. Divide the children bueno into pieces.
Form dumplings with wet hands, flatten and place a piece of bueno in the center and seal. Place the dumplings in the boiling water and wait for them to rise.
While still warm, toss the dumplings in a mixture of coconut flakes and cinnamon.
