For the curd fruit cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks, sugar and custard powder until creamy, stir in semolina and baking powder, add curd cheese and yogurt as well.

Fold in fruit and snow. Spread the dough on a baking tray and bake the curd fruit cake at 180 °C top-bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes.
