Mash or grate the boiled boiled potatoes. Add flour and milk or egg. Knead, roll out on 2 sheets, put sour cream on it. Sauté chopped onions with diced bacon until translucent, place on top of dough. Then bake in the oven until everything is nicely browned. Instead of onions, you can also use raw poppy seeds with sugar.
