For the donuts, mix curd, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, oil and milk. Stir in flour and baking powder.
Form rings with a piping bag on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, or fill into donut molds.
Place in preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for about 20 minutes. Coat the finished donuts with glaze or powdered sugar.

The donuts can be prepared at will with different glazes and decorations. The more colorful, the better.
