Instructions:

For the dough wreath, fry the mince in a pan until crumbly and then add the onions and garlic and fry for about 3-4 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and add about 100 ml of water so that everything mixes well. Cook the mince until the water has evaporated.

Roll out the puff pastry thinly with a little flour. Divide the large rectangle into small rectangles (6 pcs) and then into triangles (12 pcs). Arrange them on the cake ring (with the tip facing out) and top with the filling.

Put about 1 spoonful (preferably with an ice cream scoop) of the filling on top of each triangle. Then close each filling with the dough (the tip to the center) and brush with an egg yolk-milk mixture.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes and then garnish with a colorful salad and serve.

Preparation Tip:

The dough wreath also looks great if you fill half with minced meat and half with potatoes.
