Instructions:

Soak peas covered by cold water for 12 hours. Add washed pork paws to the peas form, pour so much water that all together is covered by water. Add salt, boil to 3, make 1 hour on 1 or possibly automatic cooker plate 5-6.

Rinse leek, cut into rings, remove peel from celery and potatoes, dice finely, coarsely chop celery greens. After 1 hour, add potatoes and vegetables to soup and make another half hour. The potatoes should be almost disintegrated. 10 min before the end of cooking add sausage slices to the soup. Take the pork paws out of the soup, remove the meat from the bones, cut into small pieces and add to the soup again. Season well.

In the Kelomat, the total cooking time of the pea soup is reduced to 40 min. (Personally, I put all the ingredients into the Kelomat. Only the meat sausage is added when the soup is already cooked and seasoned. I only let it sit for a few min. so that it gets warm).
