Instructions:

Difficulty: medium 1. Stir yeast and water, let rise for about 10 min. Add remaining ingredients, knead into a smooth dough. Form two balls with oiled hands. Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 2 hours.

Rinse and peel the potatoes and slice. Cook in boiling hot salted water for about 2 minutes, drain, rinse and drain. Coarsely grate mozzarella.

Form a ball of dough on a greased baking tray, lightly flour it and spread it out round with your hands (approx. 30 cm ø). Melt the herb butter and mix with the potatoes. Spread half of the mozzarella and the potatoes evenly on the dough. Season.

Bake in the heated oven on the second rack from the bottom at 250 °C for approx. 15 minutes (cover and bake the second pizza in the same way). Remove, spread the salmon evenly on top and bring the pizza to the table on the spot.
