A bean recipe for every taste:

Soak the beans for one night, drain, rinse and drain. Remove the skin from the onion, chop finely and sauté in the oil until translucent. Peel, seed and dice the tomatoes, clean and dice the carrot. Season the tomatoes and carrot with paradeis pulp, celery herb and add to the onions.
