Instructions:

For the fiery potato goulash, lightly color the onion in clarified butter. Stir in the tomato puree and garlic and fry briefly.

Deglaze with a little vinegar and soup and add the spices and chili pepper. Add the potatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add the sausage and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes. Add seasoning to taste and rub in raw potato to thicken, if desired, or dust with ready-made puree powder.
