For the fig and grape dessert, halve red and/or white grapes, remove seeds. Cut fresh figs into quarters.

Arrange with halved grapes on flat plate and sprinkle with lightly toasted and finely chopped pistachios.

Beat egg and egg yolk, dessert wine (or Weissherbst), honey, grated lemon zest and add a pinch of salt in a water bath to make a sabayon. The eggs should be very fresh!

Pour the sabayon around the fruit and drizzle the fig and grape dessert with pomegranate syrup.
