Try this delicious pasta dish:
Boil the cream for the sauce a little (to 2 dl for an initial quantity of 2 1/2 dl). Remove from the heat, add butter and trout or crab meat, season.
Just before serving, make the nuedelchen al dente in enough boiling salted water. Simmer the asparagus tips for 1-2 min, then drain and mix well with the sauce. Serve immediately.
