Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Soak beans in water for one night. The following day, cook at moderate heat for 1, 5-2 hours. Just before the end of cooking season with salt, then drain. Remove the skin from the onions and cut them into rings.

Make a sauce with pepper, wine, vinegar and oil. Mix the beans and onions with the sauce while they are still hot. Let stand until the beans have cooled down.

Clean and shred leaf lettuce, rinse and spin dry. Clean mushrooms, then cut into slices.

Drain beans over a colander. Turn leaf lettuce and mushrooms in the collected sauce to the other side. As a final step, mix all ingredients and arrange with chives cut into rolls.
