Put the fish together with turmeric, yogurt, garlic, ginger, coriander and salt in a suitable bowl.

Heat the oil and roast the sesame seeds in it until nice and brown (about 5 min). Then gradually add the contents of the baking bowl to the frying pan and gently cook for 10 min.
