For the fried egg on meatloaf, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and season with salt, slide the egg in and fry until the egg white has set.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the meatloaf on both sides until crispy, season with pepper.
Place meatloaf and fried egg on top of each other and cut out a heart with a large heart cutter. Arrange the fried egg on the liver loaf on a plate and serve.
