Instructions:

For the yogurt-berry slices, first prepare the sponge dough. Separate the yolks and egg whites and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the yolks and sugar and slowly add the oil and water.

Then slowly fold in the snow and flour. Pour into a pan and bake at 180 °C hot air for about 20 minutes.

For the yogurt cream, mix the curd, sour cream and yogurt. Dissolve the gelatin powder according to the package instructions and when the gelatin has reached room temperature again, mix it into the curd-sour cream-yogurt mixture.

Whip the whipped cream until stiff and stir in preferably by hand. Then let stand for about 1 hour, until the whole thing has become somewhat firm.

Finally, spread the yogurt cream on the cooled sponge cake and top with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries as desired.

Preparation Tip:

You can top the yogurt berry slices with any berries you like.
