Instructions:

Beat egg whites with sugar and 1 pinch of salt until stiff.

Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, mix both carefully, mix nuts, flour and cinnamon and fold in.

Spread the mixture on the lower third of the rolled out dough, sprinkle with the grapes and roll up.

Brush with butter and bake in the oven at 160 °C for approx. 30 – 40 minutes.
