Instructions:

For the tomato jam, cut out the stalk from the tomatoes and puree in a blender. Pour into a saucepan.

Mix with sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest and cook. (See sugar bag for cooking time). Pour into jars and seal.

Preparation Tip:

I do not skin the tomatoes or remove the seeds.
