For the marinade, mix the juice of one lemon with sesame oil and soy sauce, season with pepper, mango chutney, salt and ginger and season with a little honey.
Place golden perch fillet in the marinade, turn to the other side and leave for 2 hours with the lid closed, turning to the other side again in between. Remove the fillets from the marinade, dry them a little bit, put them on the hot grill grate and grill them for 6 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade from time to time.
Serve with rice salad and white bread.
