For the grilled vegetable skewers with yogurt-garlic dressing, first prepare the skewers. To do this, quarter the onions, dice the tofu and zucchini, cut the peppers into pieces and halve the tomatoes so that the pieces are about the same size.

Salt and pepper the shrimp and fry them briefly in butter. Thread the vegetables and shrimp alternately onto the skewers and place on a baking sheet.
