For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together and set aside. Heat a pan with sunflower oil and fry the drumsticks in it until the skin is nice and golden brown. Then pour in some of the sauce and continue frying over a low heat for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, keep pouring sauce and turning the drumsticks. After 5 minutes, increase the heat and fry the drumsticks over high heat until crispy and shiny.
