Preheat kitchen stove to 400 °C ( 200 °C ).

Remove peel from potatoes, grate finely, squeeze well in paper towels. Whisk egg in a shallow baking bowl, flour in another bowl form. Divide potato chips into four equal parts.

Heat oil in an ovenproof frying pan, flour fish first, then drag through egg. Form one part potato on each side of fish and press a tiny bit smooth. Form fillets in the hot oil, s+p and brown quickly on each side. For 10 min. in the hot stove form. Carefully, do not overcook.
