For the ham pizza, preheat the oven to 250 °C.

Defrost the peas. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and place the pizza bases on it.

Remove the peel from the onions and cut them into fine rings. Fry in a frying pan with butter, season with salt and pepper.

Cut ham into strips. Rinse parsley and chop finely.

Spread crème fraîche evenly on the pizza bases, add peas on top. Season with a little pepper, salt and marjoram. Add onion rings, ham and parsley on top and sprinkle with the Emmentaler.

Bake the ham pizza in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
