For the burger, press the mince into patties using a burger press. Toast on the grill or in a pan. Toast the burger buns.

When paddies are cooked through, melt cheese on top. Top the burger bun with the paddy and cheese. Top with onion slices and tomato chunks to taste.

Spread with garlic sauce and place the top of the burger bun. Serve the burger.
