For the hemp oil cake, whisk egg yolks, water, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and hemp oil until foamy. Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff. Stir the yolk mixture with about 1/3 of the egg whites and the flour until smooth, then fold in the remaining whites.

Grease the Gugelhupfform, dust with flour and line with chopped pumpkin seeds. Bake the hemp oil bundt cake at approx. 170 °C for 1 hour.

Preparation Tip:

The hemp oil Gugelhupf can be covered with still with chocolate glaze. If you like, bake the Gugelhupf with added chopped nuts.
