Ice Cream Lollipop Cookies

For the ice lollipop cookies, stir together the curd, milk and oil. Add the vanilla sugar, egg yolk, salt, flour and baking powder, as well as the sugar and flavoring and knead into a smooth dough.

Divide into about 30 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a noodle, then loop 2 noodles into each other, press the ends tight and stick them on an ice cream stick.

You can also just shape the dough into a ball and skewer it. Then bake the cookies at 180° for about 20 minutes.

After cooling, decorate the cookies as desired. Coat with chocolate icing, sprinkle with coconut flakes, chocolate or almond flakes, or sugar pearls.

Preparation Tip:
