For the ice cream parfait with apricots and nougat, melt the nougat in a water bath.Rama Cremefine to whip well. Mix half of the mixture with the apricot jam and apricots, half fill a loaf pan or coffee cups with it. Quickly whisk a tablespoon of the other half of Rama Cremefine for whipping into the warm nougat. Gradually fold in the rest.
