For the jam croissants, crumble butter with flour. Add curd cheese, sugar and salt, knead everything into a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 2-3 pieces, roll each out round and cut out triangles. With a teaspoon, put the jam on the triangle, roll it up and form it into a croissant, brush with egg and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 °C.
