For the children’s punch recipe, first blanch the peaches briefly in boiling water, rinse with cold water, peel, pit and cut into small cubes. Place the cubes in a large bowl.

Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and the children’s sparkling wine or mineral water and stir well.

Immediately before enjoying the kids punch, give each child a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a large glass and then top with the punch. Serve with lemonade spoons.
