Instructions:

For the king prawns, peel asparagus and place in 2 perforated cooking containers. Cook the white asparagus first (at 100°C for 2 minutes).

Then add the green asparagus and cook together with the white asparagus (at 100°C for 7 minutes).

Place the king prawns in a perforated cooking container and heat (at 95°C for 2 minutes).

Stir the herbs and toss the shrimp in it to coat.

Mix the sauce ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Cut the asparagus in half, arrange on 4 plates with the shrimp and drizzle with the sauce.
