Instructions:

1 hour 15 min, elaborate For the pasta dough, knead all ingredients together until smooth, wrap in plastic wrap and rest for 1 hour.

Heat olive oil slightly, sauté chopped onion with sugar. Add white cabbage and garlic, season with cumin, pepper, salt and marjoram. Cover and sauté for about 1 hour at moderate heat until soft.
