Instructions:

First prepare the base.

To do this, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar. Add the oil, milk, flour and baking powder. Bake the dough.

For the cream, prepare a pudding from 1 liter of orange juice and the two pudding powder packets, let cool. Sugar the mixture and let it cool down. Soak the gelatine leaves. Then squeeze and stir into the hot/warm pudding – mix vigorously.

Spread base with jam after cooling and top with pudding mixture. Whip the cream and spread on the orange pudding mixture. If desired, whip whipped cream with 1 tablespoon cornstarch (stiff peaks) and add a little sugar.

Briefly soak the biscuits in the remaining orange juice and place on top of the whipped cream. Cover with chocolate.

Serve the lambada slices cold.

Preparation Tip:

Let the lambada slices rest in a cool place for a few hours before eating.
