Try this delicious pasta dish:

Lasagne sheets in enough bubbling hot salted water in 10 min. , ,al dente (al dente). Drain, drain and place them one against the other on a kitchen towel. Squeeze the cream curd a little1 then press through a sieve. Defrost spinach in 20 g butter at low temperature. Mix with curd, cheese and egg yolk1 but do not season. Heat the remaining butter in a saucepan, sweat the flour in it until golden and add milk and whipped cream. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Season to taste with salt, pepper and freshly grated muscatel.

Grease an ovenproof dish and pour in a layer of lasagna sheets. Next, alternate layers of filling and lasagna. The last layer should be lasagna sheets. Pour the sauce on top

3) Bake for 20 min. Bring to the table in the dish. It goes well with a cool rose.
