Try this delicious cake recipe:

Mix eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 3/8 liter of milk and mineral water. Mix 200 g flour and baking powder and fold in. Allow to swell for about 20 minutes.

Clean leek, cut in half lengthwise, rinse and cut into strips. Blanch for 2 – 3 min in boiling salted water, drain, cool and drain. Cut turkey breast cold cuts into strips.

Melt butter in a saucepan, sprinkle with 2 tbsp flour and sweat while stirring. Gradually add a quarter l milk and a quarter l water. Bring to a boil, stir in clear soup and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Heat oil in batches. Bake 7 pancakes from the dough one after the other. Rinse and chop the chervil. Spread leek, turkey and chervil evenly on pancakes, roll up. Cut pancakes into 3 pieces each.

Place the pieces upright in a greased gratin dish. Pour sauce over them. Sprinkle cheese on top, bake in hot kitchen oven (electric oven 200 °C , convection oven 175 °C , gas mark 3) for about 20 minutes.
