Instructions:

Chop the onion and fry in oil. Add the minced meat, rinse the leek, cut into rings and sauté. Simmer for a quarter of an hour, stir in the sour cream or crème fraiche and previously cooked long grain rice. Season with salt, pepper and plenty of curry.
