Instructions:

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, fry in a large pan with a little oil.

Meanwhile, put the meat on a plate/dish and set aside, continue to use the pan.

Prepare basmati rice.

Put the lentils in a sieve and rinse well with cold water. Cut onion into strips, finely chop garlic, cut zucchini and carrots into sticks.

In the pan already used, sauté the onion, add garlic and garam masala seasoning and sauté briefly.

Add lentils, carrots and zucchini to the pan, deglaze with coconut milk and let it boil down.

Then add 400 ml of vegetable soup, already sautéed chicken and continue to simmer until the lentils break down and the vegetables are cooked but still firm to the bite.

In between, add the rest of the soup and the chickpeas. Finally, season with salt, pepper, cumin and curry/turmeric.

Serve the lentil dal together with the rice.

Preparation Tip:

Important, the lentil dal only at the end with salt, pepper, cumin and curry / turmeric season. A mixed salad can be served as a side dish. Serve with chapati or naan.
