Instructions:

Scald the liver in a pot of boiling water and cut it smaller. Then cook the pork and veal in the pot until soft. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces.

Peel the onion and cut it into smaller pieces.

Put the pieces of liver, meat and onion in a bowl and mix well with the spices.

Put the mixture through a meat grinder (fine disk) and pour into small clean jars.

Fill a deep baking tray (fat pan) with about 2 cm of water, place the jars with the liver sausage on top and cook in the oven at about 100 °C for two hours.
