Knead together 250 g flour, salt, 75 g powdered sugar and fat, put aside to cool. Roll out dough on greased baking tray, prick, pre-bake in the oven at 175 °C on the lowest rack for 12 minutes.

Mix marzipan with 75 g powdered sugar, 20 g egg yolk, flour, citro-bake. Pipe strips of marzipan 1.5 cm apart onto the pastry base.

Between the marzipan strips alternately squirt strawberry and apricot jam, bake for another 15 to 18 min, cut into strips.
