For the marble wreath, whip the cream until stiff. Mix cocoa powder with rum. Beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Sift flour with baking powder and stir into yolk mixture. Divide the mixture.

Stir half of the whipped topping into the first part. Stir the cocoa powder into the 2nd part and fold in the whipped cream. Grease and flour the wreath form and alternately fill in the light and dark mixture.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 50-55 minutes. Remove the marble wreath from the pan and let it cool. Sprinkle with sugar if necessary.

Preparation Tip:

The marble wreath can also be topped with chocolate icing if desired.
