Instructions:

Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinate the meat in it for a few hours.

For the sauerkraut, sauté the onion in the hot oil. Add sauerkraut, ginger and fruit juice, season. Cover and cook for about sixty minutes until soft. Add peppers and mango to sauerkraut and simmer for another ten minutes.

Remove the pork biscuits from the marinade and drain well. Fry in hot oil on both sides and serve with sauerkraut.

Serve with spaetzli or Chinese noodles.
