For the marshmallow chocolate muffins, sift the baking soda with the flour and cocoa so that everything is evenly mixed. Melt the butter slowly over low heat.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Separate the eggs and beat them with a fork.

In a bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and melted butter. Now stir in the eggs.

Add the egg-sugar mixture to the flour-cocoa mixture and mix everything just with a whisk so that the ingredients are well distributed, but not yet beaten until fluffy. At the end, fold the small marshmallows into the mixture.

Place a muffin tin on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place a paper cup in each well. Divide the batter evenly among all the cups and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
