Clean and cut beans, blanch for five minutes in boiling hot salted water. Finely dice ham. Remove peel from potatoes and cut into thin slices. Layer beans, ham and potatoes alternately in a greased ovenproof dish. Mix the eggs with milk. Season with salt, pepper, a little bit of savory and juice of a lemon and pour into the filled form. Sprinkle grated cheese and put butter flakes on top. Cook in the oven at 180 °C (gas: 2) for about 30-40 minutes.
