For the melanzani spread, fry 2 pieces of melanzani in the tube on all sides at 200°C degrees. Peel the melanzani and chop the inside with a kitchen knife. Add a finely chopped onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 3 spoons of mayonnaise. The melanzani spread is ready. To serve, spread on white or black bread. Tastes great both ways! Good appetite
