Instructions:

Dice bacon and fry in a saucepan without fat. Peel onions, cut into eighths, add and sauté for 5 min. until soft. Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize.

Add Tk Brussels sprouts and clear vegetable soup and simmer for 10 min. with lid closed. Stir occasionally. Serve sprinkled with walnut kernels.

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky note!

Preparation Tip:

Glazed cabbage sprouts go well with game dishes, but also as a side dish with mashed potatoes.
