For the mini chocolate ring cake, melt the butter and let it cool. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the baking pan.

Beat the eggs until frothy and stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa. Sift over the egg mixture and stir in.

At the end, stir in the melted butter. Pour into the pan and bake the mini chocolate ring cake for about 20 minutes.

Preparation Tip:
