Cut the meat into 1 1/2 cm cubes. Rinse zucchino, cut slices 1 cm thick. Cut pineapple slices into quarters.

Thread meat, zucchino and pineapple alternately onto wooden skewers.

Mix oregano with juice of one lemon and oil. Squeeze garlic and add, season with pepper. Coat skewers, marinate.

For the sauce, dice tomatoes. Season with cayenne, salt and pepper. Fold in basil in strips.

Roast the skewers in a frying pan for 5 to 7 minutes, season with salt. Serve with the sauce.

Tip: Zucchini is a type of squash and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
