A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Rinse tomatoes and cut into chunks. Drain mozzarella cheese balls, reserving 4 tbsp of brine. Chop 3 bunches of basil and mix with tomatoes, mozzarella balls, brine, oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with the hot pasta.
Goes well with penne or possibly farfalle.
