For the nectarine vanilla ice cream, peel the bananas and freeze in pieces for 6-8 hours.

Core the nectarines and cut 5 of them into rough pieces. Cut the remaining nectarine into small nice pieces.

Blend the bananas well with the coarsely chopped nectarine pieces and the vanilla powder in either a very powerful stand mixer that has a pestle, or a hand blender.

Garnish the nectarine-vanilla ice cream with the chopped nectarine pieces and consume immediately.

Preparation Tip:

The nectarine-vanilla ice cream can be prepared just as well with peaches or also with mango.
