Instructions:

For the Nutella slice, separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, add the powdered sugar, yolks and vanilla sugar and stir until fluffy.

First stir in oil, then lukewarm water. Fold in cocoa. Fold in flour and egg whites. Spread the dough on a baking tray (line with baking paper or butter and flour) and bake at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes.

Whip the patisserie cream for 5 minutes. Stir in cream stiffener and powdered sugar Stir cream until stiff. Divide the cream.

Mix one half with Nutella spread the Nutella cream on the cooled cake and then spread the white cream on top.

And then decorate with chocolate leaves (or with nothing or with whatever).

Preparation Tip:

Tip: If you prepare the Nutella slice a day earlier and let it stand overnight, it tastes even more chocolatey.
