For the omelet with bananas, cut the bananas into slices and mix with orange juice and powdered sugar. Mix the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water and salt – do not beat until foamy!!!
Pour the batter into a pan and bake on both sides until golden brown. Cover half with bananas, fold and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
