Instructions:

Mix the flour with the yeast. Heat the milk with the butter at 600 watts in 1-2 min. Now with salt to the flour form and knead everything together well. Let the dough rise for half an hour with the lid closed.

Cut the onions into fine rings. Cut the bacon into cubes. Heat a frying pan on the stove. Fry the bacon in it.

Add the onions and cook until soft and translucent. Butter the springform pan and spread the dough evenly. Form a rim. Put the onions on top. Mix the sour cream with the salt, eggs, caraway seeds and paprika and pour over the onions.

Put the onion tart on the oven rack in the lower part of the oven and bake for about 23 minutes at a microwave power of 360 watts and a convection oven temperature of 200 degrees.
